If you are looking to offer some training for your chef team and also looking for CPD hours - our Update your Knowledge Seminars on sustainability, aquaculture, The Hastings Fishing Fleet and Cutting a couple of species of fish... these are all up and running on our industry section.

To cater for the wide range of requests that we receive for training across the industry we are pleased to announce a new range of short and longer courses that cover a number of key topics. These include informative sessions covering buying, aquaculture, sustainability and responsible sourcing, fish and shellfish preparation classes designed for the catering and food sector.
