Working in pairs, you’ll be taught a range of delicious seafood recipes that you can pass onto your customers, as well as insightful nutritional information that you’ll be able to use to boost sales and direct your customers. Your customers will soon surely be lining up for tips and after this course, you’ll hopefully notice that your sales go through the roof! 

This course will be run by one of the experienced chefs at the Seafood School at Billingsgate.
