THURSDAY 14TH FEBRUARY - VALENTINES EVENT... 
Traditionally we think of oysters and a glass of fizz for Valentines... Bring your Valentine - learn how to shuck oysters - you will have 8 each - and then create the Seafood School Roast Oysters with Pancetta, Dill and Pernod to serve with Sourdough Bread, Mixed Winter Salad AND A GLASS of Fizz.
Our team will prepare Roast Queenie Scallops in the Shell with Blood Orange Hollandaise to taste!
PRICE FOR THIS EVENING: 40 per person or £70 per couple 


THURSDAY 18TH APRIL - SEAFOOD FOR THE EASTER BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND EVENT
CIOPPINO and Bread Bowl

Working with a selection of seafood you will create the classic San Franciscan Fisherman's Stew using tomatoes, chill, herbs and a selection of 4 best species chosen on the day. You will also make a bread bowl to serve the Cioppino in for supper or to take away.
